As the Department of Gerontology at Akdeniz University, we are delighted to host the 12th International Symposium of Social and Applied Gerontology, an important platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in the field of aging and later life. As in previous years, distinguished national and international academics, researchers, healthcare professionals, and policymakers will come together to share their insights and experiences, and to discuss the latest research and practices related to aging.
Since its establishment, our department has taken significant steps to contribute to the field of gerontology and continues to carry out impactful work on aging and older adults.
