ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

The abstract submission deadline is September 15, 2026.

Oral / Poster Presentations

Review articles, research studies, and case presentations will be accepted for the symposium.

Submissions will be evaluated as oral presentations or poster presentations.

Oral/Poster presentations must include the following sections: Aim, Method, Findings, Conclusion, Keywords. Keywords must be written in lowercase letters, separated by commas, and consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 words.

Review studies may be written as a single paragraph, with keywords added at the bottom. Keywords must be written in lowercase letters, separated by commas, and consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 words.

Abstracts must be written in English or Turkish in accordance with the specified guidelines.

Abstract titles must be written in capital letters and in 12-point font. All text in the abstract must be written in Times New Roman.

The abstract must be limited to 1 page as shown in the template, formatted with Times New Roman font, 12-point size, justified alignment, and single line spacing.

Authors' first and last names must be written in full. The presenting author's name must be indicated with an asterisk (*) and that author is required to complete registration.

The institutional affiliations and e-mail addresses of all co-authors listed in the submission must be provided below the abstract title.

Accepted abstracts will be accessible through the Symposium Book, which will be published in PDF format on the symposium website after the event.

All submissions are subject to a peer-review process.

Presentations that are not delivered at the symposium will not be included in the Symposium Book, even if registration has been completed.

All participants are responsible and accountable for the work they submit to the symposium. In the event of any ethical, legal, or other issues, full liability rests solely with the authors. The symposium reserves all legal and other rights in the face of such situations. Submitted works must not have been previously presented at another congress and/or published elsewhere.
