REGISTRATION

The 12th International Symposium on Social and Applied Gerontology will be held in-person at Akdeniz University on November 11–12–13, 2026.

Participants who complete their registration fee payment will be entitled to a symposium bag (bag, notebook, pen, name badge, and certificates) as well as surprise refreshments in the symposium foyer area.

Information Note: Participants listed as co-authors will receive a certificate provided that they have paid the registration fee.

Each participant has the right to present a total of 2 abstracts. The format of the presentation (oral or poster) is determined by taking the participant's preference into consideration alongside the reviewers' decision. If a participant wishes to upload and present more than one abstract, an additional fee of 1,000 TRY must be paid for the second abstract. An author's name may appear on abstracts belonging to different participants; there is no numerical limit in this regard, and no additional fee is required. Participation certificates will not be issued to co-authors who are not registered participants.

Registration Fees

Participants whose abstracts/posters have been accepted must pay the registration fee by October 15, 2026. Please do not make any payment before receiving an acceptance e-mail from the symposium committee.
